Today is: Lunatics Run The Asylum Day
Seriously. Have you noticed lately the number of completely whacked-out-of-their-minds lunatics there seems to be. I'm not talking your garden variety mental patients that stand out in the middle of their yards talking to someone that isn't there and swatting at the lawn with a stick. I'm talking about the ones who go out, get raged out for no apparent reason, kill someone and then take their own lives. Like they couldn't do us all a favor and do themselves in and leave the innocent bystander out of it.
Exhibit A: The guy who goes out and carjacks another guy, shoots him, leaves him for dead, and shows up at his family member's house, knocks on the front door and blows his brains out in front of them.
Exhibit B: The family who locks up and tortures their kids with inhumane ( to put it very lightly) punishments. Don't even get me started on what kind of a serious ass-beating those freaks deserve!
And what is so mind-blowing is that you always hear the same thing about what great people they were before all this happened, and how they were so quiet and great members of their community. Have you ever heard of psychopaths who put out an ad in the local newspaper?
DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DISOBEDIENT CHILDREN, LOUD NEIGHBORS OR JUST NEED SOMEONE ABDUCTED OR KNOCKED OFF? MAYBE WE CAN HELP!

People we really need to start paying more attention to things around us, and stop blaming thyings like TV, movies, and video games. If you can't tell the difference between fantasy violence and the real thing, please feel free to contact your mental health professionals and seek out the help you need immediately!
Oh, and well we're at it, can someone teach all the drug-abusing drop-out kids, who seem to think it okay to live life as a moron the difference and conequences of their actions. So that I don't have to turn on Maury Povich every other day and see these loud-mouth underage girls who want to get pregnant, or just enjoy having sex with half of the neighborhood before their out of middle school?!
Bottom Line: The world is going to Hell in a Drag Racer and nothing is changing because half of us have stopped caring and the other half who can see it all, sit back and do nothing about it for fear of retribution.
That's the problem as I see it: Those of us who could stand up and do something about the problems of the world are afraid to stand for fear of payback from those who clearly have no fear of consequences.
Deep Thought of the day: A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Unless, of course, the Bush is George, then your your bird will be taken away, sent to be killed and you get to pay the taxes for his funeral.
